Beer News, Brewery News, Misc

February is a great month for craft beer lovers in the Bay Area. Not only is it Strong Beer Month, but today marks the kickoff of the second annual San Francisco Beer Week. Run by the SF Brewer’s Guild, the 10-day-long festival includes a bevy of events, starting (in about an hour!) with the Opening Gala (which a few TriplePointers will be attending).

I’m particularly excited to get my hands on some Pliny the Younger, Russian River’s once-yearly-released Triple IPA. I’ve never been lucky enough to try it in previous years, so I can’t wait. I think Toronado is going to have to be my source for it.

Head over to the official SF Beer Week website for a full schedule of happenings during the next ten days!
